Robert Næss is an author and screenwriter based in Oslo, Norway. He has written numerous children's books and scripts for film, television, and radio. He holds degrees from the London International Film School and the University of Oslo in Theatre Studies and the History of Ideas. As a dramatist and director, he has won the prestigious Prix Italia and Prix Europa awards. Two of his books - including Zombie Outbreak - have been finalists for the Boksluker award, voted on by 80,000 readers. 

Zombie Outbreak is the first book in the middle grade urban fantasy series The Bureau of Non-Events (BoNE). The next titles, Neanderland and The Grey Boy, will be published soon
